Week 4- 8 more to go

Okay, interesting week. As of this morning I am down 11 lbs (scale weight) 3.5 inches off of my waist. I suspect that in the next week or so my scale weight will start slowly increasing due to muscle gain but we'll see.

What did I learn during Week 4?
  1. Postponing free day until Wednesday didn't agree with my body. Monday, I came home early from work with diarrhea and a headache.
  2. Ballet squats hurt.
  3. Thank goodness for sugar free cough drops
  4. The Olive Garden is a nice break on your free day
Favorite Week 4 foods/supplements:
  1. Asian Beef and Noodles
  2. Whole Wheat French Toast and Scrambled Eggs with Organic Peanut Butter and Sugar Free Syrup
  3. Green Tea and Blueberry Whey Protein Smoothie
  4. Chai Spice Yerba Mate
So, with 1/3 of the challenge behind us things are beginning to shape up nicely. My gut is getting smaller, almost by the day and I'm looking more toned especially through the shoulders, chest and upper arms not to mention the legs, according to my wife. We'll see what week 5 brings...
