Week 4- 8 more to go
Okay, interesting week. As of this morning I am down 11 lbs (scale weight) 3.5 inches off of my waist. I suspect that in the next week or so my scale weight will start slowly increasing due to muscle gain but we'll see.

- Postponing free day until Wednesday didn't agree with my body. Monday, I came home early from work with diarrhea and a headache.
- Ballet squats hurt.
- Thank goodness for sugar free cough drops
- The Olive Garden is a nice break on your free day
- Asian Beef and Noodles
- Whole Wheat French Toast and Scrambled Eggs with Organic Peanut Butter and Sugar Free Syrup
- Green Tea and Blueberry Whey Protein Smoothie
- Chai Spice Yerba Mate
